Minutes of the June 12 meeting were reviewed and accepted.

Treasurer’s report was given and discussed.

Grounds and gardens report was given by Pulla Weed. After discussion it was decided to hold an all-church garden party on Sept. 15. Pulla volunteered to be in charge. Chuck agreed to prepare lunch and do publicity.

Sacristy renovation committee report was given by Jim Hammer. The renovation is complete and that project can be scratched off the list.

Driveway gravel proposal was presented by Rollin Stone. The board gave its approval to get three competitive bids. Rollin said he would like to oversee the rest of the project.

Building maintenance fundraiser is being organized by Raisa Dollah. Details and date will be presented at the next meeting.

New projects:

Pew refinishing. The board decided this project could wait until next spring.

Barkdust. After discussion, the board decided that the barkdust should be done now to protect plants from the dry weather and to save water. Dusty Gardiner will order the barkdust and supervise the youth group members who volunteered to help.
