The Outreach Ministry Team leader is Rev. David King, pastor for Coos Bay UMC. His main responsibilities are developing the agenda for the semi-annual meeting of the Outreach Ministry Team and representing the team at the Connectional Ministries Table. Contact Rev. Brenda St. Clair, a lay member of the St. Paul’s UMC in Idaho Falls, is the conference United Methodist Volunteers in Mission coordinator. Follow the links to current UMVIM information and opportunities or contact Brenda St. Clair directly with specific questions or requests.

Beverly Walker, a lay member of Rose City Park UMC, leads the Liberian Partnership Task Force. This unique task force is focused on the covenant relationship between the OR-ID Annual Conference and the Liberian Annual Conference.
