His main responsibilities are developing the agenda for the semi-annual meeting of the Outreach Ministry Team and representing the team at the Connectional Ministries Table. Contact Rev. Beverly Walker, a lay member of Rose City Park UMC, leads the Liberian Partnership Task Force. This unique task force is focused on the covenant relationship between the OR-ID Annual Conference and the Liberian Annual Conference.
